The NVD-11 alarm system for fat separators monitors fat or grease layer thickness.  The alarm system signals when the maximum level of a fat layer is reached, indicating that the fat separator has to be emptied.  This ensures the safe and economic operation of fat or grease separators.  NVD-11 offers two sensor connections:

• KVF-104-PF monitors the fat layer thickness by distinguishing between fat and water
• KVF-103-K monitors fluid back by distinguishing between air and water

The alarm system includes these special features:

• Easily wall mounted
• LEDs display actual operation mode
• Built-in acoustic warning alarm

There is also an independent potential-free changeover contact that can be connected to an external remote alarm or to a central monitoring system.
