VisuNet Industrial Workstation

VisuNet Industrial workstations directly extend control room connectivity to the process plant. The process automation world is undergoing a radical change in the way machine automation is controlled and visualized. There is a shift from control system-based proprietary operator interfaces to PC-based visualization. Complex processes are displayed in much greater detail and laid out more clearly on larger monitors. The leveraging of the desktop PC for automation control can be attributed to a few leading factors:

The housing is sleek and lean, but there is nothing fragile about these powerful industrial workstations. VisuNet Industrial has a rugged industrialized housing made to meet the toughest processing conditions. The design of the VisuNet makes it very adaptable, so operator workstations throughout the plant can have the same look and feel, yet can function very differently.

The series was specifically designed for rugged manufacturing environments that required extended temperature tolerances and high resistance to shock and vibrations. The slimline housing's angled surfaces aid in the prevention of standing liquids.

The black painted or stainless steel industrial workstation can be ordered as KVM Monitors (KM915 or KM919). The Remote Monitor (RM915 and RM919) and Panel PC (PC915 and PC919) version will be available mid 2011. VisuNet Industrial is certified for installation in Class I, Div. 2 hazardous locations.
