Laser Light Sensor LineRunner ODT-LR300

In the laser light process, a line projected onto an object is detected by a camera at a certain angle. Height and width information can be determined using the triangulation principle.

As a result, the ODT-LR300 is able to process even the most challenging color and contrast characteristics using a sophisticated exposure time control. Due to its laser protection class 1 conformity, the laser sensor offers attractive cost savings, since more costly workplace safety measures must be implemented for higher laser protection classes.

The LineRunner 300 (ODT-LR300) sends width and height data in millimeters via an Ethernet interface and can be directlty connected directly to an evaluation system.
